Guided Grocery Shopping
Together, we will plan a menu and head out to take on the grocery store together. As you shop I can educate you on healthier alternatives when needed.

1 hr Boost Session
We all need a little extra help now and then. If life gets a little turbulent and you find you've lost your footing, it can help to meet and center yourself once again. Perhaps you would like to set some new goals, prioritize demands or be inspired with new and delicious recipes.

Together we will connect the dots between who you are and who you are yet to become. I create a supportive environment that will help get you to that place. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
Ipractice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Does fear or low self esteem contribute to a perpetual desire for something better but little action to get you there? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
It’s rare for anyone to take an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. It's all too often rare for someone to take an hour for themselves, period. We often tend to our kid's, spouse's, or boss's needs without a second thought. It's time to listen to that voice inside that is begging for you to pay attention to you. Guess what? When you are caring for yourself, listening and attending to your needs, setting boundaries, nourishing your mind and body and loving who your are you become the most authentic Mother, Father, employee, spouse, friend and self you could possibly be. I will be a source of inspiration, education and motivation on your unique wellness journey.
